Team CVO rides for the cure!

For the past few months we have talked about a cause that is close to home, and many are aware of Peter’s story:

I lived a healthy life until a surprise diagnosis 7 years ago as a Diabetic. Initially I was misdiagnosed as Type 2, and then correctly diagnosed two years later as Type 1. Since then, I have connected with the T1D community — a passionate and dedicated group of friends who support each other and fight for a cure, as well as access to insulin, which keeps us alive. The Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) is our best hope for a cure. I’m proud to be part the DRI family, recipient of the 2019 Dare to Dream award. I am forever grateful for all the financial, emotional and caring support of my friends, family, and the T1D community. Many of our employees and their families are touched with Diabetes.
